Building the High Performance Team

'Building the High Performance Team' is a highly interactive virtual workshop which will give Team Managers and Team Leaders, the knowledge, skills and tools to be able to effectively build and sustain their high performance team.

Linited to a maximum of 9 delegates, this 3 hour workshop will use practical and actionable team development models as a framework for active discussion and key action planning.
